The fifth Budapest Open took place on 28th January 2017 at the usual venue, the University Boxing Club. Based on preliminary inquiries we expected a record number of entries. Finally, we welcomed 117 athletes, from 9 countries.

The Combat World Championship was held in two locations in 2016, in Morbihan (8th October) and in Savoie (3rd December).

There were wonderful and exciting fights on both scenes.

The qualifying tournament of the 2016 European Championships in Savate Combat took place recently in Greece. Many thanks to the organizer, Christos Kakos, the Hellenic federation and their team of volunteers, who gave us a warm welcome in a beautiful place. There are many advantages to a tournament being held close to the sea!
